Whats your favorite BBQ related Gadget?

I like my Maverick ET-73 remoter thermometer and a looking forward to a thermapen.

I think a stoker would be cool system to have.

I have a magnetic light that I attach to the side of my offset. It comes in handy because when I smoke at work, it's always dark when I start.

Both good calls. I want to get a Maverick...it's on my wish list. You'll love the Thermapen...definately one of my favorite toys!

Like CrazyQ, I have to admit...I sure like my magnetic lights! Makes those middle of the night temp checks soooo much easier!
