My name is Bill. I am a backyard Quer. I got my Masterbuilt 7-in-1 at Christmas which means I am new at smokin. I really enjoy grilling and smoking and I have learned a great deal by reading the forums on the internet.

I have cooked whole hog, butts, ribs etc. and this weekendd I am going to do some chicken and a meat loaf on the
the smoker. I am addicted to BBQuen and the forums.

Thanks ahead of time for all your help

Welcome aboard Bill! Glad to have you here!

As you already know, the 'Que community is a very sharing, fun 'family' of sorts. As this forum grows, I look forward to hearing more from you and finding out more about your barbeque adventures!

Please feel free to post suggestions, ideas, questions, recipes and comments anytime! This place is all about sharing.

Carpe 'Que,
Jim Rhino
